Who Are We?….

A friendly and fast-growing gymnastics club in Street, Somerset. We welcome all levels of ability from complete beginners to competitive, squad level gymnasts.

We strive to create a safe, fun environment where gymnasts thrive and fulfil their potential.

We are passionate about bringing the little-known sport of Acrobatics into the spotlight, and use gymnastics as a tool to teach children important values such as hard work, commitment, perseverance, self-motivation and teamwork.  We believe these values are transferable to every aspect of their lives and help set them up for achieving great things later in life.

Edge Acrobatic Gymnastics CIC Ltd is a Community Interest Club which means we exist for the benefit of the community and any profit that the club makes gets poured back into the business to create more opportunities for young people. 

What Is Acro Gym?….

Acrobatic Gymnastics is a little-known, yet highly skilled discipline. The gymnasts work in pairs or groups to throw, pitch and catch their partner/s, as well as performing dynamic tumbling, somersaults and balances. It requires great strength, flexibility and agility, and gymnasts seamlessly link these impressive skills with a mixture of explosive, graceful choreography making it look effortless.

Acrobatic Gymnastics is built around diligence and trust to develop perfect rhythm and timing in their partnership or group. It is a truly challenging yet visually spectacular sport.
